Ten years as a recruiter have been a true adventure for me, rich in challenges and opportunities. My journey resembles a labyrinth: doors open, others close, sometimes even dead ends. But it is precisely this winding path that has forged my determination and expertise.
These years have been like an emotional roller coaster. I've experienced victories that I've celebrated with enthusiasm, but also failures, sometimes self-inflicted, that have taught me humility and resilience. Because, ultimately, only those who dare take the risk of moving forward.
Driven by this desire to learn and progress, I trained tirelessly, practiced with passion, and evolved. In 2025, with this experience in mind, I decided to take a new step: create Selfe Consulting, my own company.
